- Food Orders:
- If you receive an incorrect order or if the food is damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund based on our evaluation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Reservations:
- If you need to cancel a reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the size of the party and the nature of the reservation.
- For special events or catering, specific cancellation policies may apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Special Events and Catering:
- Deposits for catering services are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date.
- In the event of dissatisfaction with our catering services, please contact us within 24 hours of the event for review and potential compensation.

Exceptions
- We do not offer refunds for food items that have been consumed or for services rendered.
